At Noble New York, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return process. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Requests

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@noble-newyork.co and include your order number (available in your order confirmation email).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Products must be returned in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund
  • If an order contains multiple related products, all items must be returned together

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All approved returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address, which will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@noble-newyork.co. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, the review process typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in USD. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item or size, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures faster handling and availability.
